Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks an experienced Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation programs, reshaping operating models and capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance structures, and champion change management to ensure adoption of new initiatives and ways of working.

You will report to senior leadership, manage budgets and forecasts, and define KPIs/OKRs while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience in a people leader in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Demonstratable verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Portfolio Management: Partner with senior leadership to translate the company's strategic vision into an integrated program roadmap.
• Proactively communicate a holistic view of all active work to identify gaps, manage capacity constraints and resource needs.
• Program Execution & Delivery: Provide oversight across multiple initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes while flagging risks and resolving cross-functional issues.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet milestones and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Facilitate governance by engaging stakeholders early for complete scoping.
• Champion change management practices to ensure adoption of new initiatives and ways of working.
• Measurement & Reporting: Define, track, and communicate program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
• Manage portfolio-level budget and financial forecasts; update senior leadership on metrics and resource planning.
• Lead operational and executive reviews for clear communication and rapid decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
