Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an EE Program Director to own the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent transformation programs within the Enterprise Enablement portfolio. You will drive organizational change, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and partner with senior leaders to shape the operating model, structure, and capabilities for the future.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years of enterprise program management experience, proven governance and KPI/OKR

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to establish governance, standards, controls, and KPIs.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent transformation programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to design an integrated program roadmap.
• Define, track, and communicate program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
• Lead governance, budgeting, and cross-functional execution.
