Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Lead in Austin to own the integrated transformation portfolio, translating enterprise strategy into a transparent, decision-ready view that helps executives prioritize investments and balance capacity.

You will lead portfolio intake, planning, governance, and performance across Transformation Office initiatives, partnering with delivery, finance, technology, change management, analytics, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in enterprise portfolio management in a professional-services environment.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Technology, Change, analytics, and business leaders.
• Ability to translate strategy into prioritization criteria and roadmaps.
• Strong executive facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio intake, planning, governance, and performance routines across Transformation Office initiatives.
• Develop integrated roadmap, manage dependencies, and balance capacity.
• Provide decision-ready materials for executive review and governance forums.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, issues, and value realization.
