Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Lead to own the integrated transformation portfolio and translate strategy into a transparent, decision-ready view. You will guide intake, prioritization, and governance across transformation initiatives, coordinating with Finance, Technology, Change, Analytics, and business leaders to ensure timely, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience in enterprise portfolio management, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience applying portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, stage-gate governance, capacity planning, dependency management, and performance reporting.
• Certifications in project/portfolio management are preferred (PMP, CAPM, PfMP, PgMP, Prosci Change Management).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of professional-services operating models.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, and performance routines for transformation initiatives.
• Maintains an integrated enterprise transformation roadmap and coordinates with delivery, change, analytics, Finance, Technology, and business leaders.
• Prepares decision-ready materials for executives and governance forums and tracks portfolio health and capacity.
