RapidScale is seeking an accomplished program leader to drive complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will evolve into enterprise leadership, guiding large-scale integrations, acquisitions, and strategic governance.

The ideal candidate combines disciplined program management with executive presence, strategic thinking, and influence across senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Act as cross-functional day-to-day leader for complex transformation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide integration programs related to mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Provide benchmarking insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate objectives into actionable programs and execution plans.
• Establish governance structures, cadences, and executive reporting for major programs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and escalation points.
• Support long-term strategic refinement and identify gaps for future opportunities.
• Prepare to lead integration of future acquisitions and ensure post-integration performance.
