Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 8+ years of experience in related field, or equivalent combinations.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with influence across senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills for materials to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and operational program leader across complex transformation initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide integration programs related to mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Coordinate and align workstreams across multiple functional teams with governance structures.
