Job summary

RapidScale is seeking a consultative Project & Program Manager to drive large-scale technology transformations across private, public, and hybrid clouds. You will guide complex initiatives, gather objectives, and ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, and business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance forums, and communicate strategic guidance to executives throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years' experience leading complex technology programs, consulting engagements, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cloud, infrastructure, modernization, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial focus balancing customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Serve as primary engagement leader, aligning executive priorities and outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and govern multiple concurrent projects with contractual and financial targets.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
