Job summary

RapidScale is seeking a consultative Project & Program Manager to drive large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. You will gather objectives, define outcomes, and work backwards to build successful engagements that deliver business value and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence through disciplined governance, risk management, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years leading complex technology programs or transformations.
• Experience leading cloud, managed services, or enterprise technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to define outcomes, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
• Plan, govern, and execute multiple projects with governance and risk management.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success.
