The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and clear communication, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and benefits realization in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma or similar welcomed.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs in asset-intensive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise initiatives from charter to realization.
• Define governance, create execution plans, and manage benefits realization.
• Partner with sponsors and owners to establish scope, success metrics, and resource needs.
• Develop integrated project plans, roadmaps, and financial forecasts.
• Provide executive status reports and portfolio updates with clear tradeoffs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, IT, and external partners.
