The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team at qtsdatacenters leads large-scale transformation programs to reshape operating models, structures, and capabilities for the future. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Proven people leadership in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Proven governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a cohesive portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensure scope/timelines/outcomes, flag risks.
• Define, track and report program KPIs, OKRs, and budgets; drive governance and reviews.
