Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation programs. You will translate strategic agendas into actionable roadmaps, drive governance, and lead cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will define KPIs and OKRs, manage budgets and forecasts, and partner with senior leaders to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience as a people leader with direct supervisory responsibility.
• Proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an integrated portfolio and transformation roadmap.
• Communicate holistically about active work; manage capacity and resourcing.
• Oversee multiple transformation initiatives; manage scope, timelines, risks.
• Drive cross-functional teams to milestones and ensure quality delivery.
• Facilitate governance with early stakeholder engagement.
• Champion change management and adoption.
• Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
• Manage portfolio budget and forecasts; report to senior leadership.
• Lead operational and executive reviews; drive decisions and accountability.
