Job summary

Sage Dental is seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist to prepare Operations and Administration teams to learn and adopt new tools, processes, and enterprise initiatives, partnering with PMO, Learning & Development, and LMS for effective rollouts.

You will own ongoing training across practices, design engaging sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), create job aids, and travel to practice locations to support go-live and post-rollout needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years in training, facilitation, or learning & development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for enterprise initiatives and system rollouts.
• Design and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Create quick-reference guides and train-the-trainer materials.
• Provide on-the-ground support during go-live and stabilization.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Identify ongoing training needs across practices.
• Travel to practice locations for in-person training.
