Job summary

Oryx Dental Software is seeking a Training Specialist to lead live and virtual client trainings, develop training materials, and help clients maximize the platform. This fully remote role requires travel for on-site sessions and occasional flexible hours to support different time zones.

You will partner with the Knowledge and Resource Specialist and leadership to update manuals, guides, videos, and webinars, provide post-training support, and align training with client needs and company

Qualifications

2+ years of training, instructional design, or related SaaS/dental tech roles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with cloud-based training tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

Deliver live and virtual training sessions for new and existing clients.
Offer follow-up support via email, phone, or video conference.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials including manuals, guides, videos, and webinars.
Glean feedback from participants and improve content and delivery methods.
Collaborate with Onboarding and Client Success teams to align training with needs.
Provide training for internal teams and stay updated on new feature releases.
