Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of its SOX program. You will collaborate with engineering, security, Finance, and Internal Audit to design IT controls and automate evidence collection using Claude, scaling the compliance process with minimal manual effort.

You will lead large SOX initiatives, define control requirements for engineering work, and monitor remediation progress, providing regular status updates to technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program mgmt, IT audit, or tech compliance (SOX).
• Experience running SOX programs at public or pre-IPO companies.
• Experience using automation/AI to improve compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning and design to evidence, testing, remediation, and year-end reporting.
• Design and rollout IT general controls and IT application controls with engineering teams.
• Build Claude-based workflows and dashboards to automate evidence collection and control testing.
• Lead large SOX projects with clear scope, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Create and maintain processes to evaluate new products for SOX impact before ship.
• Provide updates on program status, risks, and remediation to technical leadership.
