Job summary

Shipt is seeking an Engineer for our Enterprise Tools & AI Enablement team in San Francisco. In this role, you'll manage critical SaaS platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, ensuring their reliability and enhancing AI features for the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in software engineering, proficiency in Python and Go, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. This position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth and unique benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in software or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in SaaSops and Enterprise Tooling Administration.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of our SaaS ecosystem including Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through deployments.
• Build automated release pipelines for streamlined operations.
