Job summary

Shipt is seeking an Engineer for our Enterprise Tools & AI Enablement team in San Francisco. In this role, you'll manage critical SaaS platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace, ensuring their reliability and enhancing AI features for the organization.

Overview

Shipt is seeking an Engineer for our Enterprise Tools & AI Enablement team to own our organization's digital nervous system. You will lead the lifecycle management of our critical SaaS ecosystem—including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365—ensuring top-tier reliability, security, and performance. You will also drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by stress-testing and deploying features like Slack AI and Google Gemini, building automated release pipelines to streamline operations and enforce strict data governance.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• At least 4 years in software or systems engineering, specifically designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures (e.g., Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Zapier).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, AI integration, Agile methodologies, SaaSops, Release Management, RBAC, and Enterprise Tooling Administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Salary

Pay Range: $70,000 - $115,000. Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Work Arrangement
