CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Technology Strategy & Advisory professional to act as a strategic advisor to Technology and Finance leaders. The role emphasizes aligning enterprise technology with business strategy, governance, and operating models.

You will leverage NetSuite experience to guide ERP decisions and design pragmatic roadmaps. The position is advisory-first, focused on strategic direction and phased transformation, with opportunities to mentor teams and drive client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation in a professional services setting.
• Participation in 2-4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations (functional lead or core team member).
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations).
• Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes and guide solution design.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and act as a subject matter expert for modern technology strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology and operating models.
• Apply NetSuite experience to assess ERP fit and ecosystem implications.
• Evaluate decisions to optimize, replace, or augment ERP, EPM, and related platforms.
• Conduct vendor evaluations grounded in business outcomes, not bias.
• Develop future-state roadmaps and executive business cases for transformation.
