CrossCountry Consulting seeks a seasoned advisor for its Technology Strategy & Advisory team within the Business Transformation practice. You will guide Technology and Finance leaders to align enterprise tech with business strategy and performance, leveraging NetSuite experience to shape scalable, future-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes advisory work over configuration, with focus on process redesign, operating model changes, and strategic roadmaps. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation in professional services.
• Participation in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations (functional lead or core team).
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory).
• Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships as a subject matter expert to help clients adopt modern technology.
• Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology and operating model maturity.
• Evaluate ERP fit, architectural constraints, and ecosystem implications within enterprise environments.
• Assess ERP, EPM, and adjacent platforms for optimize/replace/augment decisions.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and develop solution roadmaps and business cases.
• Develop future-state materials and phased transformation roadmaps; manage implementation strategies.
