Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned Technology Strategy & Advisory professional to align enterprise technology with business strategy and finance performance. You will leverage NetSuite experience to guide ERP decisions, build transformation roadmaps, and mentor teams across client engagements.

The role emphasizes advisory-first work, executive workshops, and delivering pragmatic roadmaps, with travel up to 40% as needed in a hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology advisory or finance transformation experience.
• Participation in 2-4 NetSuite implementations as functional lead or core team member.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, manufacturing accounting).
• Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and guide strategy.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping direction.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and serve as subject matter expert for technology strategy.
• Lead structured discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology and operating model maturity.
• Apply NetSuite implementation experience to assess ERP fit and architectural constraints.
• Evaluate ERP/ERP-like decisions across ERP, EPM, and adjacent platforms.
• Conduct vendor evaluations grounded in business outcomes.
• Develop future-state visioning materials and transformation roadmaps.
• Support implementation strategies and lead execution of key phases.
• Oversee project administration including budgeting and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solution roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Cultivate new client relationships.
• Stay informed about emergent AI tools and assess compliant opportunities.
