Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a seasoned Technology Strategy & Advisory advisor to guide technology decisions and align them with finance performance and operating models. You will leverage NetSuite experience to shape scalable, future-ready solutions across ERP and related platforms.

You will lead executive workshops, assess current-state maturity, and develop phased transformation roadmaps while partnering with Finance and Technology leaders.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in technology advisory or enterprise applications consulting in a professional services setting.
• Experience in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations as functional lead or core team member.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, manufacturing accounting).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and act as a subject matter expert to help clients adopt modern technology.
• Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology and operating model maturity.
• Apply NetSuite experience to assess ERP fit, architecture, and ecosystem implications.
• Evaluate ERP/EP... and adjacent platforms for optimization decisions.
• Conduct vendor evaluations grounded in business outcomes rather than product bias.
• Develop future-state roadmaps and executive business cases; translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Support implementation strategies and lead key phases, managing issues and risks.
• Oversee project administration including budgeting, planning, and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive solution roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and drive performance reviews and issue resolution.
• Grow client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
• Stay informed on AI tools and collaborate with leadership to apply compliant innovations.
