CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a senior Technology Strategy & Advisory professional to guide ERP, EPM, and enterprise platforms in client environments. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and lead executive workshops with a focus on NetSuite relevance and future-ready architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems or related fields.
• 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate relationships and serve as a subject matter expert for clients’ technology strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state maturity.
• Apply NetSuite experience to assess ERP fit and architectural implications.
• Evaluate ERP landscape and decide between optimize/replace/augment options.
• Develop business cases and phased transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and billing with leadership escalations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Identify compliant opportunities to leverage AI tools for clients.
