CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Technology Strategy & Advisory professional to guide enterprise technology decisions, align with business strategy, and shape operating models. You will leverage NetSuite ERP experience to assess architecture and guide scalable, future-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes advisory-first work, client relationship development, and collaboration with Finance and Technology leaders to deliver value and transformation for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical disciplines.
• Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessment and strategy engagements.
• This is role is part of a National Service offering with a hybrid delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and serve as a subject matter expert, aiding organizations and their stakeholders in recognizing and implementing strategies to harness modern technology.
• Lead structured discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology, process, and operating model maturity.
• Apply NetSuite implementation experience to assess ERP fit and ecosystem implications within enterprise environments.
• Evaluate decisions across ERP, EPM, and adjacent enterprise platforms.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and capability assessments grounded in business outcomes.
• Develop future-state visioning materials, executive business cases, and phased transformation roadmaps.
• Support implementation strategies and lead execution of key phases, resolving issues and risks.
• Oversee project administration: setup, planning, budgeting, account management, and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solution roadmaps.
