Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Amazon Leo to support its North American enterprise customers. You will serve as the technical lead and the voice of the customer, delivering proactive guidance, technical reviews, and collateral to ensure reliable satellite connectivity deployments.

Qualifications
- Experience in a technical account management or equivalent customer-facing role.
- Experience managing executive customer relationships and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects on time in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers post-launch.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and conduct regular technical reviews.
- Coordinate engineering support resources for technical optimizations.
- Manage technical support processes and rapid resolutions.
- Engage customers in technical workshops and guidance sessions.
- Develop customer-facing technical collateral and troubleshooting docs.
- Work with Delivery Managers to align operations with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for training and enablement.
- Coordinate with CDEs for complex integrations.
- Enable rapid problem-solving with internal engineering teams.
