Job summary
Amazon Leo is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager - Tech to define and deliver service plan features and bundles that enable global residential connectivity. You will partner with regional teams, product and engineering, finance, science, and analytics to shape visions, roadmaps, and requirements aimed at delighting customers at scale.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
- Experience technical product management.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year visions for products and services that leverage Leo capabilities.
- Define multi-year service and hardware bundle roadmap, and drive new customer offer definitions.
- Own and track input metrics that measure impact of service plan and offer decisions on customer acquisition and retention.
- Define business case and requirements for new customer connectivity features and offers.
- Deliver customer insights and deep dives to identify opportunities to delight and retain customers.
- Build measurement frameworks connecting product launches.
