Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a Director of Value Realization to lead the enterprise Transformation Program's value capture and governance. You will partner with the CTO and senior leaders to secure baselines, forecasts, and disciplined execution across markets and functions.

Key responsibilities include quantifying transformation value, managing business-case governance, and delivering insightful P&L and cash impact analyses for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering experience.
• Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
• Strong ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact and drive executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program and partner with executive leadership.
• Quantify transformation value and ensure impacts are integrated into budgets and forecasts.
• Act as finance approver at each stage-gate and maintain baseline with variance drivers.
• Collaborate with HR and Transformation leads to capture savings and benefits across functions.
• Produce standardized reporting packages for the CFO, CTO, and Executive Leadership Team.
