Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a trainer/instructor
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments
• Ability to read and lightly modify sample code in Python or JavaScript
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with engineers, architects, executives

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and live lab sessions for engineers, architects, sales teams and executives
• Guide participants through cloud partner workflows using APIs, SDKs, deployment tooling, and labs
• Troubleshoot participant issues in real time during live labs
• Translate cloud concepts into business-relevant explanations for diverse audiences
• Represent OpenAI's technical brand at enterprise and partner events
• Maintain high delivery quality across regions and audiences
• Collaborate with leadership to improve training outcomes
