Job summary

SkillOps is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led technical training across classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments. You will prepare labs, validate software and equipment, and support learner success with coaching and technical guidance.

The role focuses on Microsoft Power Platforms, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies, with opportunities to apply AI tools and continually improve curricula and delivery methods. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training or comparable technical education.
Expertise in one or more Microsoft technologies, CompTIA certification domains, or enterprise software platforms.
AI Experience: using and teaching AI tools and technologies in training contexts.
Strong technical troubleshooting in live learning environments.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Experience with virtual labs, cloud-based learning, or hands-on labs.
Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led technical training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments.
Prepare and validate labs, software, equipment, and learning environments.
Troubleshoot issues during live instruction.
Demonstrate real-world use cases and best practices.
Support learners with coaching and technical guidance.
Coordinate with Learning & Technology to improve curriculum and labs.
Represent SkillOps professionally with clients.
