Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives in a corporate setting. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects with program managers, product managers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, hybrid/Agile expertise, and a track record of delivering technology projects in hospitality or gaming environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of experience in project management.
Proj certs: PMP, CSM, ACP.
Experience with hybrid PM and agile scrum.
Experience leading technology projects in Hospitality/Gaming.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and management of enterprise technology projects.
Develop and maintain project deliverables: timeline, scope, milestones, risks.
Coordinate across project managers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Communicate roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
Support PMO reporting with status updates and presentations.
