Job summary

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale hardware and software integration initiatives across multiple sites. You will oversee large cross-functional rollouts, partnering with IT leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex technology rollouts and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, including enterprise-level hardware/software integration projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale technology rollouts across multiple sites or systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Must be local to Las Vegas and available to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide hardware and software integration projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for large-scale rollouts.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments across sites, systems, and teams.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration efforts across multiple systems, platforms, and locations.
• Partner with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure smooth technology deployments.
• Oversee rollout planning, sequencing, and cutover activities to minimize business disruption.
• Manage testing, validation, and go-live readiness across enterprise rollout phases.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technology vendors.
• Build strong relationships with department leaders, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, integrators, and service providers throughout rollout execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing complex, multi-site technology rollouts, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate technical detail into clear business impact. Previous experience within hospitality, gaming, hotel, resort, or guest-service-driven environments is a strong plus.

Required Qualifications
