Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a home-office role in the US (NV). You will lead enterprise technology projects, coordinating with program managers, product managers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and controlled scope.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience and PMP/CSM/ACP certifications, with experience in hybrid and agile methodologies and in technology-heavy environments such as hospitality or

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of prior relevant experience.
Project management certification (PMP, CSM, ACP) required.
Experience with hybrid project management and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Experience using project management tools across all phases of the lifecycle.
Proven track record leading technology projects on time and within budget.
Experience in technology, hospitality or gaming settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and management of enterprise technology projects, from initiation to delivery.
Develop and maintain project deliverables: timeline, scope, milestones and risks.
Coordinate activities across project managers, product managers and stakeholders.
Communicate roadblocks, risks and issues, and drive resolution.
Motivate teams to progress and align with timelines and goals.
Support PMO reporting with regular status updates and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for resources and buy-in.
