Citi in Irving, Texas seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager - SVP to drive end-to-end technology programs with executive sponsorship. You will own delivery from strategy through production, collaborating with engineering, architecture, risk, and business leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with strong governance and risk controls.

You will manage cross-functional teams, escalate blockers, and deliver concise updates to senior leadership while aligning stakeholders and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery
• 6+ years leading complex, multi-team programs
• Experience managing risk/issue/dependency logs
• Familiarity with scaled delivery frameworks
• Engagement with engineers/architects on technical trade-offs
• Experience presenting status to senior executives

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program
• Translate strategy into a sequenced delivery roadmap
• Engage with engineering/architecture leadership on trade-offs
• Manage risk, issue and dependency registers
• Run governance forums and executive reporting
• Ensure auditable documentation and timely decisions
