Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, including 6+ years leading complex, multi-team programs.
• Ownership of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams or units.
• Experience managing risk/issue/dependency logs and escalation processes.
• Familiarity with scaled delivery frameworks and practical application.
• Ability to engage engineers and architects on technical trade-offs.
• Experience presenting status to senior executives.
• Knowledge of platform engineering and DevSecOps (CI/CD, GitOps, containers, cloud migration).
• Hands-on scripting, automation, or data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program from business case to production.
• Translate strategic objectives into a sequenced delivery roadmap with milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering/architecture leadership on trade-offs and constraints.
• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies with proactive closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and escalate blockers early.
• Run governance forums and produce agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
• Provide concise executive reporting on status, risk, and financials.
• Eliminate delivery friction and streamline governance and reporting.
