Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President, Engineering Manager to lead high-performance teams within Risk & Capital Technology. You will own technical direction and people leadership for the Regulatory Reporting platform used by Risk Officers and Finance Controllers to manage Citi's exposure to financial institutions, governments, and corporates.

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing robust, scalable applications.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple development teams.
Proven experience leveraging AI/ML tools and technologies for software development.
Prior experience in banking domain; working knowledge of Capital Markets and Credit Risk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple software teams to deliver a complete Regulatory Reporting platform.
Provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring architecture and design meet standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and development practices for improvements.
Manage resources, budget, and planning while reporting to senior stakeholders.
Coach mid-level and junior engineers to build engineering capabilities.
Drive improvements in engineering standards and processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with a global team of engineers, analysts, DevOps, and support staff.
Resolve complex issues by applying deep development knowledge across domains.
