Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex technology projects aligned with enterprise IT strategy. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, roadmaps, and governance to ensure successful delivery and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree and multiple PM certifications, with experience in enterprise portfolio planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud) are required or preferred.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Develop and execute project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with architecture, engineering, and delivery expectations.
• Apply Agile, SAFe, SDLC governance to ensure consistent execution.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive delivery capability.
