Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading and/or managing small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Experience participating in, and/or managing, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, methodologies, and requirements analysis.
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management, and vendors.
• Strong contract knowledge and risk management.
• Proficiency with office software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from inception through implementation.
• Develops project plans including scope definition, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Works with the business group to determine and understand business requirements.
• Directs and leads project teams by developing work plans, milestones, and training.
• Manages project budgets including risk and change control.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks or constraints.
• Maintains project documentation and ensures deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates with procurement and vendor contracts and provides status reports.
