Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute lifecycle projects from inception through implementation. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

You will collaborate with business groups to define requirements, manage vendor contracts, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and/or managing small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Experience with cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycles, PM methodologies, and business requirements analysis.
• Ability to work with staff at all levels, management, and vendors.
• Understanding of contracts, language, scope, and risk management.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and PM applications.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Proven ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
