Mars is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Sales Technology & Data — Business Partner to bridge Mars Retail Operations, Global Snacking Digital Technologies, and Mars Global Services. You will translate frontline field needs into scalable mobile tech, analytics, and digital solutions that boost shelf execution and frontline productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field with 7+ years in CPG or retail environments.
Strong understanding of retail sales workflows, field execution processes, and mobile workforce tech.
Proven product development/delivery experience for retail apps, with hands-on Salesforce-based retail execution systems and custom reporting tools.
Experience leading digital transformation or automation initiatives that simplify field sales processes and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Data & Technology partner for Retail Field Sales and Retail Operations leaders, translating field challenges into scalable roadmaps.
Lead deployment, enhancements, and readiness of retail execution platforms and mobile apps used by frontline teams.
Partner with analytics to deliver actionable performance insights to field sales teams and identify data-driven opportunities.
Champion change management to drive tool adoption and simplify field processes with clear KPIs for success.
Coordinate between field leadership, Mars Global Services, and external technology vendors, with executive-ready updates.
