Job summary

Patriot Bank seeks a strategic and seasoned VP of Enterprise Technology to lead architecture, engineering, and operation of its core banking and digital platforms. You will drive stability, security, and resilience across banking systems and customer services.

You will partner with IT, security, and business leaders to deliver modernization, governance, and risk management while ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience.
• Experience leading regulated financial technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms and payments systems.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, modernization, and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle of core banking platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives for core banking, digital payments, and enterprise apps.
• Partner with security, operations, and stakeholders to coordinate risk and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and enforce enterprise technology standards, roadmaps, and governance.
• Support audits, examinations, and regulatory compliance activities.
