Job summary

• Advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of strategic, integrated communications programs or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale campaigns and employee engagement programs in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Takeda's global employee engagement strategy.
• Oversee internal communications platforms and channels, including SharePoint and Engage.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CHRO and named executives across HR and Legal-E&C.
• Lead a global team of 10+ communications professionals and manage enterprise transformation communications.
