Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, AI Communications to shape the enterprise AI narrative and align messaging across BI&T and the broader organization.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Function and Digital Strategy Communications, the role develops AI communications strategies, identifies opportunities, and equips leaders with consistent, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or related discipline in a large, complex organization.
• At least 4+ years of senior leadership experience with direct advisory responsibilities at the executive or C-suite level.
• Experience developing and executing CEO or C-suite communications strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and ability to translate AI concepts into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and activate BMS AI narrative across the enterprise.
• Translate strategy into compelling internal and external messaging.
• Serve as a connective point to drive consistency of AI messaging across teams.
• Develop stories and proof points highlighting AI innovation and impact.
