Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional communications and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Takeda's global employee engagement strategy with governance and measurement.
• Build and lead an Employee Engagement Center of Excellence for enterprise-wide impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to align engagement with enterprise priorities and culture evolution.
• Oversee internal communications platforms and channels (SharePoint, Engage, digital signage).
• Drive integrated employee engagement strategies at key milestones and organizational change.
