Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• 15 years of communications, technology communications, digital transformation communications or related experience.
• Strong experience counseling and influencing senior executives, including CDTO and leadership teams.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing, geographically distributed communications teams.
• Experience developing and executing media relations and thought leadership strategies in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, technology and AI sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology communications strategy aligning DD&T contributions to business performance and patient impact.
• Define and evolve Takeda's enterprise technology narrative and ensure consistency across communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic counsel to the CDTO and DD&T Leadership Team on messaging and reputation.
• Lead executive communications including employee engagement, external visibility and speaking opportunities.
• Act as a spokesperson and ensure media readiness across DD&T leadership.
