Job summary

Bodwé Group seeks a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to lead how technology improves delivery, planning, and client outcomes. This role builds an integrated capability spanning BIM, CAD, AI, automation, data, and digital workflows, with governance for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

It reports to the Executive Vice President, Enterprise, and collaborates with Delivery leadership. The position requires strong executive communication, strategic planning, and change-management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum 12+ years in technology, digital delivery, or innovation within AEC/related field; 5+ years leading teams.
Experience implementing AI, automation, data, and workflow technologies with measurable results.

Responsibilities

Define and lead technology strategy aligned with Bodwé's business and delivery objectives.
Build and govern AI adoption, automation, and digital-delivery capabilities across disciplines.
Establish training, change management, and communities of practice for technology adoption.
Lead budgeting, vendor contracts, and technology governance at enterprise level.
