Job summary

Randstad Enterprise seeks a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Services & Operations Specialist to drive talent operations and internal processes across Europe with a hybrid work model. You’ll coordinate calendars, travel, onboarding, and vendor data while ensuring a premium, human-centric stakeholder experience.

You’ll own the backend lifecycle of internal data in enterprise tools (including SAP), manage pre-employment checks, contract administration, and invoicing, and support international

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or premium hospitality is a plus.
• Direct experience dealing with Swiss or DACH markets is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, interviews, cross-functional assessments, and workshops across locations.
• Coordinate travel logistics and reimbursements for cross-location trips.
• Dispatch and track satisfaction surveys to improve internal processes.
