Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Coordination, or similar shared-services role.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required.
• Understanding of German labor law and regional HR compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and ticketing systems (Jira) to manage workflows.
• Commitment to governance, accurate documentation, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line contact for EMEA People queries via Jira and triage escalations.
• Draft, issue, and track regional employee lifecycle documents with 100% accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end data integrity in Workday across onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
• Enforce HR workflow guardrails with cross-functional approvals before system changes.
• Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Legal, and Security to streamline processes.
• Identify trends and data gaps to improve knowledge bases and policies.
