Job summary

ESC Region 13 is seeking a Technology and Creative Development/ Network/Systems Administrator to plan, secure, and improve our enterprise Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux environments. You will provide Tier 3 support, drive automation, and ensure system reliability and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, Linux administration, security controls, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PowerShell).
• Two years administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, licensing, tenant config).
• Two years using Microsoft Entra admin center for identity lifecycle and auth.
• Two years administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers in production.
• Experience with RHEL provisioning, packages, services, firewall, storage, logging, security hardening.
• One year administering Azure resources (subscriptions, VMs, storage, networking).
• One year using PowerShell and Graph for tenant admin, reporting, or automation.
• One year supporting Power Apps and Power Automate (environments, connectors, data policies).
• Three years supporting cybersecurity controls (endpoint protection, SIEM, incident response).
• Experience providing Tier 3 technical support and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support and customer service to internal teams and clients.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID identity and access services and related governance.
• Maintain hybrid identity and on-premises Windows Server services.
• Administer and monitor Azure resources and backups.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph, Bash, or other approved tools.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Document system configurations, runbooks, and vendor support information.
• Plan patches, upgrades, and change management activities.
