Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking an experienced Systems/Network Administrator Lead to manage enterprise servers, networks, and O&M for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role coordinates a distributed team and ensures secure, reliable, and compliant operations.

You will lead outage response, disaster recovery/COOP, RMF compliance, and partner with Government leadership, vendors, and DISA to keep the DoD IT environment mission-ready and resilient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT teams across dispersed locations.
• Experience leading network outage response procedures and DISA network transport solutions.
• 5+ years supporting cloud-based enterprise solutions and VDI environments.
• 6+ years supporting global enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/MPLS/BGP).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems administration, network operations, and O&M across USMEPCOM.
• Serve as service owner for enterprise infrastructure services and ensure SLAs.
• Direct contractor personnel for operations, maintenance, and outages.
• Provide technical leadership for Windows/UNIX/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SANs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the Outage Response Team (ORT) and oversee incident management and DR/COOP.
