Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role or 3 years in Managed Services.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CCNP certification.
• VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration (Cisco, SonicWall, OpenVPN, IPSec).
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the usual job functions including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services across WAN/LAN, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Coach and lead other engineers to rapid resolutions.
• Perform network assessments and security audits.
• Document maintenance for all systems and networks.
• Communicate incident progress to customers and coordinate outages.
• Lead site technical resources and mentor junior staff.
