Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise systems analysis, ERP administration, or related roles.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, redesigning business processes across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience coordinating with IT and business leaders on system changes and testing.

Responsibilities

• Document, analyze, and redesign current-state business processes across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Translate process designs into enterprise system configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure systems support organizational goals.
• Coordinate system enhancements, releases, and validation with implementation partners.
• Support governance, testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Assist with ERP optimization, data governance, and organizational change management.
