Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own enterprise systems strategy across IT, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will lead a team of analysts and admins, architect data integrations, and align technology with business goals.

You’ll partner with executives, drive change management, and ensure scalable architecture while enabling GTM success and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business systems, RevOps, ITSM, or enterprise tech with leadership experience.
• Proven data integration, API/ETL design, and data governance experience.
• Hands-on with architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting in complex stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive teams to understand workflows and align tech with business needs.
• Own and drive an enterprise systems roadmap across IT, Revenue, and GTM teams.
• Lead for system adoption, change management, and ongoing tooling optimization.
• Architect data flows, APIs, and integrations across CRM, marketing, help desk, and data warehouses.
• Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, admins, and IT professionals.
